Shipping and Returns
Returns/Refunds:
In the event you decide the brush is not for you, you must contact MNG Global within 1 week of receiving the product. In order to receive a full refund the brush must be returned brand new, unused and with its original packaging in the same condition it was in when it left the warehouse. Note, MNG Global, Inc. will need to receive the brush for further inspection prior to a refund being issued. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. If it is found that the brush has been used it then is not able to be resold and no refund will be issued.
Shipping:
Your product will be sent within 48 hours of placing your order, unless you are notified that the item is currently in back order.
